Obviously he doesn't remember the password for xboxlive and so I am not able to log his account on others xbox360 but I am able to log with this rgh xbox360 because the password is saved. This RGH Xbox360 was property of my brother and his xboxlive account was connected to an email he can not anymore login. For high risk external customers we sometimes have security sit in the same room because of possible physical violence but that is not the case here.
